time ban for dodging

I don't think you should get a time ban for dodging during champ select in blind pick if everyone else wants to play top, and no one will support or mid. if the whole team is being stubborn and all lock in top or jungle or any position, it is almost definite that you will lose and would be a waste of time, I usually call a position, but I will fill if I need to, but my last game 4 people locked in top characters all saying they were going top. sorry for the rant, but it just really annoys me that when a team is not working togather, and I get punished for not wanting to play with stubborn jerks.

If there wasn't a time ban then no one would ever be able to get into a game because everyone keeps dodging.

Never going to happen as the system is automated and has no way to know why you dodged. Lost connection? Had to go IRL? Didn't like your team comp? And rito does not enforce any meta so any champ being played in any role in any lane is permitted without fear of punishment.

also i think the dodge penalty for blind pick should be lower because your dodge wastes little time for other people, while in draft your dodge can cost them like 10 minute including the queue and lobby or so
