Will Jhin gets a buff?

Until now was not chosen in LCS except by sneaky against immortals. Is he not viable in LCS with his current situation even though pros are destroying soloQ with jhin.

There are 129 champions in league of legends, and the NA LCS has had 58 of them played. Jhin is included in that list of 58.

That means there are 71 other champions that have seen fewer LCS games then Jhin, so I'm not sure having Jhin played in only 1 LCS game means he needs a buff.
