Help! Internet other than Comcast???

I just moved to Seaside, CA and it turns out that I can't get comcast in my area... soooo I have a bunch of fiber optic/dial up choices. Yay. -.- Can anyone give me some good guidance so I don't have major lag issues?

What are your options? Chances are pretty low people on the boards know what the ISP's in Seaside CA are off the top of their head, but pretty decent that they've had experience with that ISP somewhere else.

Google fiber if it is in your area.
