Riot sucks at punishment and new champions

seriously you guys know what is buff and what isn't yet when you guys make a new champion you buff the shit out of him/her and make people want to kill themselves and for all those games where an afk happens at least substitute it out with a bot to many people are stuck in lower elos or bronze/silver cause you people fail to make the system fair its ridiculous. Riot Games makes thousands if not millions over League of Legends, so riot games start acting like it, know to test the champion before you release it to the public. Think before you act on making a new champion and other "items" within the league
