dude, why not create an account on LAN? Everyone speaks Spanish there and depending on where you play from, your ping might actually get better! The whole game interface is in Spanish too and so are the champion voice overs! they are hilarious! I have a level 24 on LAN! hit me up if you want to play there some time!
