Idea for the new forum

There needs to be someway to "like" or maybe fist bump, (two fists bumping) ala facebook or yahoo answers. So people can see the general opinion of a persons comment. (or their own)

Also it would be sweet if the {{summoner:2}} <~~ things led to a tool-tip of the actual info about said champion/item/ability

Well you can upvote the comment or post, basically the same as liking it.

The tool-tips would actually be pretty awesome for newer players who may not know what the items/spells do.
