I think it's cuz his kit was pretty similar to Yasuo's, so they're prob making a new kit for him. Who knows, maybe he's the next new champ?

Ao Shin became the prime example of why Riot doesn't discuss champion concepts.
The idea took a back burner. Maybe you'll get him late 2015, more likely 2016, possibly never. If I recall correctly, one Rioter said they didn't even have a kit for him, so who knows if he'll go anywhere.
