One thing to improve league tremendously!

Hi everybody, Skill here. I dont know if there have been previous posts about this but I strongly suggest to league and I hope the community can back this up that there should be a community market. Steam uses one and I know it is one of the most important aspects of Counter Strike and Dota ETC. This would not have to replace the in game purchases and RP and IP but it would allow players to make safe transactions and trade skins. For example: If I wanted Challenger Ahri but it was not for sale or I did not have the money to buy it, I could trade Dragon Blade Riven for it to another player who likes Riven more than Ahri! Now, you are probably thinking how will riot make money? Well A small transaction free could be set in place so riot can still make all the money they are now and even more! In addition players can put their skins up for sale on the market so other players who might want a skin no longer available could buy them. Just my idea, Let me know what you guys think! :)
