Player Opinion On Tribunal

Why is it that we must have both the most toxic and the most policed place on the internet contained in a game? Mainly it is because Riot has put a lot of responsibility on averages. Players leave all the time! It averages out over time, that makes sense, right? Dota two clearly doesn't have a better solution. Other problems include a lack of -Voice chat -Effective communication between player support and players -Player moderators -Votekick during lobbies -No report button for lobby -Overly sensitive tribunal, easily abused tribunal system. -Overall Nanny-like company.

I think over time, Riot is going the way of facebook. We will be babysat and picked on until oblivion for the smallest of missteps without any explination of what words or conduct we were banned for. I think it's impossible to improve without constructive criticism. Personally, I'm snarky, but not racist or cruel, and I generally only argue with people if they're insulting my teammates. It's a regular thing to do in sports, most of them anyway, even famous players use such lines as "Taking out the trash" or "Cya nerds", which is normal taunting. It seems like players get banned for this same behavior.

This is why, after unlocking EVERY. CHARACTER. on two accounts, then most of them on this one, that I've given up on fitting into the league of legends community. Despite that I try to be relatively polite, I'm simply to crude to co-exist with the way moderation has turned as of late. I simply can't enjoy a game where I'm chat restricted for literally hundreds of games in a row. (About 8 bans in a que waiting for me, no breaks between, all with no notice of impending bans afterwords. I was very disappointed.).

Today I am banned from ranked right before end of season rewards come out. That's okay, banners aren't something I care about. It's more the cruelty in treating a player that has spent, well, not much, maybe 50 bucks on this account and nothing on the other ones (Which had every character at the time. I'm talking season one here, flash range was most of the river, heimer would minion storm you to death, and baron could be soloed by soraka at level 10.)

In conclusion, I've shown this community and Riot games a lot more patience than a lot of other communities, but I doubt that a red will even take the time to post in my thread despite that I've been playing since alpha.
