Champion Roles Tab in Champion Select

I don't know about anyone else, but when I'm doing Normal Blind Picks and have a role that I have to do, I have a hard time choosing a champion, mainly because I can't see my options easily. There are so many champions that it is easily to become overwhelmed with how many champions you see. So I think there should be different tabs in Champ Select for each role. So if I'm jungling, I could click on a junglers tab that has Lee Sin, Rek Sai, Vi, Amumu, and so on. Same goes for the other roles. That way, we could easily see our options and choose accordingly. This would also prevent a lot of panic in the last few seconds and choosing champions that you might not have wanted to play.

I also tend to glaze over a lot of champions that I haven't played in quite a while. With this new Tab idea, I could see all of the options much easier.

What do you guys think?

The only problem with that is people have some odd picks that they do well with. 75% of the champions in the game can fill any given role if you are good enough with them.

I've wished for an option like this for ages. It could be a lot like custom item sets in that you make them yourself, and title them whatever. So rather than just Riot creating them for you and making generic tabs, you could make the lists yourself and customize them as needed. You could also include the same champion in multiple lists i.e. having Annie in your mid and support page, Kayle in your top and jungle page, etc.

I assume you mean customization role tabs, since how Riot categorizes champions is a bit different than we do. Leona, for example, is primarily a tank.
