Won't Let me Into Matches, HELP!

This started after the new update, I'll be in a match queue and it'll take longer than the estimated time, then it'll take me out of the queue and says that I've missed too many matches but to me it looks like the queue is taking forever and then suddenly takes me out. This may be related, the chat also is delayed for me as well, it'll take awhile before i receive an messages but my messages go out and they're received with no delay. It's not my internet since everything else works on the web and my download and upload speeds are normal. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled once, didn't solve the problem, HELP!
