(Just found out that this doesn't work, Rest in peace) I was thinking about how you could get specific skins / champions easier with the hextech crafting system, and I think I may have cracked the code.

The procedures would be simple, make a new account, buy one and ONLY one champion. Then, get yourself some chests or play for key fragments. Re-roll three skins into a skin permanent, which can only apply to champions you own. Proceed to get only skin shards from the one champion you own. Ezpz lemon sausage. For example, if I only OWNED udyr and no other champions, I am 100% guaranteed to get only udyr skins (Can almost taste that spirit guardian udyr).

Well that's a great theory, but you can get skins for champions you don't own through hextech crafting rerolls.

You can get skins for any champions, but to actually unlock them you need to own it.

It will give you a permanent card for the skin given (iirc)
