When is lunar gifting going to start. I thought it would have started a while ago but it hasn't yet and I have dropped $40 on RP just to get so Lunar Revel Skins!! SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON?

It has been active the whole time. All it is is when you Mystery Gift someone there is a higher chance of Lunar Revel and Legendary skins. Deal ends on the 8th.
