How are we supposed to be positive?

I don't care if I get in trouble. I've come to the fact that I'm toxic and I keep getting restricted/suspended and am trying to work on it. BUT, how is it possible to do that when every other game I get I have "high or drunk people" that go 1/12? That's worse than playing a 4v5. I'd damn near rather play with an afk person. (Not to mention that that happens almost every game.) I have a bad attitude at nature. I can play all night and be in a great mood and happy, praise my team and congratulate them on a win but when someone goes like 1/12 or 2/15 it makes me snap. Specially if I see /all omg I'm so high or /all I'm so drunk! End game all I can do is just say wtf are you doing dude? You're ruining the game for everyone else!!! Then I get reported and suspended. It's impossible to have a positive outlook on this game.

Most players don't feel positive in such situations, but the difference is whether you type it all out or keep it all in to a minimum and report after game like a boss. Just try to avoid getting pissed more than a certain extent. Mute the player if you feel like it's getting out of hand. Muting doesn't mean you are a loser or anything, it is a perfectly legit way to shut down further engagement that could potentially aggravate infuriation.

its matchmaking. you are going to win about 50%. therefore for every game where you get idiots who make you lose, you get a game with strong players who make you win. it balances out. that is the matchmaking system. there is nothing to get angry about. by causing you to lose this game they are enabling you to win in the future.
