I cannot watch Tales of the Black Mist: The Harrowing, any other website beside Youtube?

I've tried to watch it on 3 different devices at my home and they all fail to load the Youtube video. I can watch every single other video I want but THIS one just doesnt seem to load at all. Im rather lost toward this and I wonder what could cause such a problem? Does anyone has any advice to help me?
