Random Disconnections?

So just a normal day of playing a couple of games and out of the blue, I start getting the "Attempting to Reconnect" popup. Except, I'm getting it every 3-5 minutes and I've tried restarting my computer and ForceQuit/Reconnected multiple times throughout the match and it still doesnt make a difference! As the day went on, it gets worse and worse. My ping is perfect, sitting around 100, sometimes going up to 150 and my framerate is always around 30-60 where I like it. My internet works fine, but my game is just messing up! Someone plleaasse give me some solutions because it makes games terrible; no matter how bad the other team is or how good I was going, it doesn't matter because I always disconnect and become a sitting duck during fights.
