IP Skin Wards?

I have been thinking of buying a few skin wards for my League Of Legends account, and it got me thinking why are there no IP costing skin wards for a certain amount. I thought about it and it would not be a bad idea I mean if you charge 6300 IP for a skin ward that's what 30 games roughly without an IP boost? It would be a good idea, and they don't have to be something complicated and amazing with a back story like the Ascension game play wards and stuff. It could just be the RIOT symbol on top of a normal ward base. I don't think it would be that big of a deal I mean it won't impact someones game play, so why can't the newer players have a chance at something cool. It would be really nice to have something like this, and maybe we could get a few BASIC champion skins that cost 1000 IP. What do you think? Would you like to be able to purchase a ward skin that has the RIOT logo for 6300 IP?
