Sure they are, if you're going Top/Mid. If you're Jungle/Support, it's a fraction of the time.
You're trying to go solo as the two most popular roles. Try tossing in a jungle or adc in there and watch what happens. Or just pick support and get a game instantly.
i don't know about you but i get qued in under a minute.
