Leaver Buster can be extremely unfair

The thing about Leaver Buster is if you go AFK for an extended amount of time, you would have a queue delay. But what if something unexpected happened? The last game I played, someone's car crashed into our electrical pole causing my power to go out. As a result, I got a LeaverBuster for 20 mins, which was not even my fault. The second time this happened was when the game itself was bugging out. I couldn't get the loading screen to show, which meant I couldn't access the game itself and actually play. I may sound like a whiney baby but I'm just really pissed about the LeaverBuster system.
