Fix this game please..

Riot, i'm tired of playing with trolls and people that leave the game and thinks its funny to watch their teammates rage at them. I feel like the report system does not work that well because i still get matched with more and more trolls every time i play. They're everywhere... Not just in normals but also in ranked.. It makes it so hard to get out of silver. Please. I beg of you. Make a harder punishment for poor sportsmanship and afking. These people make it so hard to have fun on this game that i switched to Dota 2 because the community over there is much better. But i'm still a loyal league player and i intend to stay that way. Its just that these people make it so hard to play and i feel that nothing ever happens to them even if i report them. What makes things worse of their a duo and their friend backs them up even knowing if the troll is doing wrong. They never blame each other, they just make things worse for everyone. And when someone leaves the game within like 10 minutes of playing time.. Another 10 minutes just takes too long. Please shorten the surrender time.

they have a good system now maby they could add in a notifaication if you reported someone and they actually got banned for any amount of time just so that you know they didnt go unpunished.

My take on the failure of the tribunal is that trolls go unpunished, while the people who get trolled and tend to rage at the trolls get banned for reacting to harassment. Riot doesn't seem to realise that cursing is so minor compared to provoking your team-mates and trolling all game long.
