So is sharing info that is on the pbe or other ways that have pre released information not allowed?

A. Impersonating any person, business, or entity, including an employee of Riot Games, or communicating in any way that makes it appear that the communication originates from Riot Games; I was wondering if that ment no sharing in general by saying something like "the new ashe rework is out its on their website" Is that legal?

It's perfectly fine, as long as you aren't claiming to represent Riot in any way.

EDIT: Otherwise S@20 would be in all kinds of trouble.

Its different, what other sites do is mainly just "Riot posted this update on the PBE with this information, lets discuss about that". What this rule does not allow is "We are ritogames.com and releasing updates from the PBE like we are actually riot."
