Who to buy - Akali or Fizz
Regardless of level of play, who is more viable/fun/carries harder

Fizz just do it
My vote is to play someone who is fun for both sides, has definite strengths and weaknesses, and does more than kill or be killed.
Ex:
is still assassin like but is not toxic to play against and has more utility than the average assassin.
Fizz would be easier to carry with, Akali is easier to shut down.
