I am diamond player, and I played a lot normal games recently. Why do I always meet someone that is under lv30 . Today, I played with 4 under 30 two games. Also, it takes about 7 minutes to find players, it was like 2 minutes. WTF IS GOING ON ROIT!!!!!!!!!!!
I think premades may be part of the problem. I have been grouped with a very wide range of people lately, from below lv 10 to over 1500 wins. Very inconsistent and the teams are not being balanced. But when that happens it seems that at least one side is always a premade of 3 or 4, all with very different skill levels. It's made a sizable dent in my win rate though.
