Well, not to toot my own horn, but I am level 22 AND have about a 50% win rate...
We have a guy in Core Gameplay, LoveMyRM aka RiotChun who was in his Challenger promos last night.
I'm one of about 1-2 dozen Diamond I players here. Don't know how we all stack up, really.

Most people on Riot Live Design are pretty good. Statikk and Roku will always be Legends to me. They were really good and fun to play against in Solo Queue. :p Nowadays I think the best in in solo queue might be someone like RiotChun.
My money's on Lyte, Teamwork and good sportsmanship OP right? XD
