Ranked Placements

Hey guys so I started playing LoL around Season 1 and I enjoyed the game for a bit. At around Season 2 I got busy with school so I didn't have time to play but I did end up placing bronze. I just came back to this game and to my news it is now Season 7. Will my Season 2 placement affect where I will be placed this season?
