Give Teemo a skill shot.

Teemo's kit revolves all around his Q. It applies a blind so players cant attack him and it does a good amount of damage. But i feel for it being a point and click ability its a little to strong. But I think making his Q a skillshot would make him a higher skill cap champion and balance his Q's and opens counter play for adc's. Anyone else agree?
