On a Mission to Prove neg att is broken! (update)

Hi everyone i'll be creating a new account on lol in hopes on getting banned for negative attitude but yet never using anything negative but rather things that can easily be perceived as negative by personal opinion an example of this would be something like asking, "are you gonna report me?" when nothing eventful has happened in game chat yet not spamming it basically just saying things that might tick people off but yet aren't considered negative at all.

I'll be doing this to prove that the current system is broken and maybe on 3 different account i'll also keep a chat log and try to take pictures of ingame chat, my mission is to get banned without cursing pointing out other mistakes.

This was inspired by Disco Heat aswel im doing this because even though i believe the system works about 80% of the time when reports of neg att i believe firmly that riot is making victims out of innocent people who are just purely misunderstood.

Actually i sort of suspect riot knows this part of the report system is the biggiest flaw but yet helped their green line in profit because new accounts mean higher greater chances at profits, is a hunch yes, please riot once i get banned for never being negative can you fix your broken neg att section?

I really do believe that the neg att report button is being used right now as a way of certain things to bully people out of certain roles, attempt to manipulate people to do your bidding through report threats, a good example of this i think would be Disco Heat if you don't know of him heres his youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mWI-dPL3FA in this video Disco Heat gets reported by his whole team and one on enemy team, if you watch the entire clip Heat does nothing to belittle or anything neg at all towards them yet gets reported, in a later video Disco's account ends up getting banned and he's one of the few well mannered people in lol ingame.

Please Riot theres a hole in ur system the neg att report is doing harm to innocent people, i know of people who purposely do abuse their report button by rationing out reports for no reason other then they know if they report too much they're report are less affective if affective at all and so what they do is they report people they know don't deserve it but at a rate they feel will still get their written reports noticed by the system.

If at all possible can we start a petition created by riot for the people to remove this section in the report? it can easily be avoided anyways by just creating a new account. I suspect a vast majority would agree we should remove this section.

Keep in touch, :D i'll be updating this post to keep you up on up.

The flaw in this ideal is that you state you are going to go out of your way to tick people off. Your own definition of what is or is not reportable may differ with your teammates, In short, even if this works you won't have a true account of being punished without reason.

Riot takes into account the opinions of the player base, meaning that what the majority considers toxic is going to be what Riot wants to punish. Going out to try to get reports (even if you think your doing nothing wrong) is by itself Wrong. I don't know why people don't understand this.

and, that's exactly my point at some point it's just opinionated purely.

So the huge flaw is u can say "wow nice skin" and they can, not that they will but they can now go and assume from there that you're being a sarcastic person who is rude and bagging on their skin instead of complimenting them like you truly do intend for example.

So it becomes in itself sort of a toxic situation for say, for someone who is just purely misunderstood or says things in weird odd sentences that can easily be misunderstood by randoms into what they perceive as offensive to them in a type of way, and this is a horrible idea because it promotes not even talking at all.

if you're also a type of person would rather not take any risk like some, if there is even 1% risk of getting a warning or anything you don't wanna even bother talking because the system is over punishing it puts people like me in a situation where I just don't even wanna talk at all period or rather it's just super rare ill even talk, which goes kinda against what riot would like ingame to happen is talking when its needed really and if your going to wanna go high end skill level you want lots of clean communication and for every 2k nice comments say 90 are mis understood, given this isn't a needed sort of example here but yea.

Basically theres obvious poor victims the system is pretty bad on the neg att side everything else kinda makes sense but too much variables go into negg at.

and btw obviously im stating i think you misunderstood how im going to go about doing this, "tick" people off is too loose, imho.
