Best way to use RP

So, I currently have 1435 RP currently. I have been calculating prices, but I can't seem to decide what to buy. I have narrowed down to 4 options, but I don't know which to pick- Me getting and (Cause I love them) Me getting and and another champ on sale, so I save up RP for more use, but no on my favorite ones. Me getting and cause it's OP META (courtesy of Phylol) Me getting and unlocking 3 random shards from Hextech

Well, I would never advise buying champions with RP because you can't get skins from the Store by playing games but you can champions. If you absolutely must, I'd suggest always getting them on sale or in bundles. Skins in the "Your Shop" feature come with the champion at the same discount if you don't own it, also.
