Illaoi is busted af

Just played a game against an Illaoi and granted I was Veigar. Her E shouldn't be an execute for one, building full AD Illaoi basically means you r going to 1shot anyone, any time.

Even that was a thing which it is cause it happened to all of my teammates everytime during this game even though she wasn't even fed off kills when it started happening. Some of her tentacles just straight up hit you before spawning, like less than .01 second spawn and hit time on you. Insane af and super dumb.
