Riot, Can you please bring back the refund system because when i was a noob i accidentally used them all up... PLEASE!!! I've bought a number of champions that i didn't care much for... Keep my money I don't care, just give me the RP i paid for back so that i can buy a different champion.. Yes I understand that people may abuse this but that's why you should make a thing like every month or something you give someone 1 refund but stops stacking at 3 refunds. It would be much appreciated and i am sure you will get a lot of good feedback on something like this.

I dont really support this idea because if they did implement this into the game then people would just buy a skin eg. Pulsefire ezreal. Us it for a month then just buy another skin such as spirit guard udyr or other skins. They would just buy more skins every month.

I think to avoid this issue, they could do something like:

a) a much longer time between allocations of refunds (more like a year) or

b) provide extra refunds on a usage basis; instead of getting back a refund periodically, summoners get a refund if they haven't used their's in some time, capping at 3 refunds.

Just some thoughts. I agree that people could abuse the system, but I also think 3 refunds for forever is not enough. :)

I do see this as an issue, then again if they do decide to do something like this i'm sure they would find a way to balance it out. My main purpose of this was to try and recommend they fix it, because 3 refunds forever certainly isn't enough in my opinion.
