Twitch.com keeps buffering {IEM}

Hello friends,

Recently I installed windows updates and updated from 8.0 to 8.1. Before I updated, I used to be able to watch twitch streams / lolesports on high quality or on the source's quality (HD) but now I can't. How can I fix this? My connection is fine on both my phone and computer so I'm not sure what could be wrong, I can only watch Twitch on Medium now..
