Xerath rework update
Can I please get a red response on here as to what is going on with this champ. One of my favorites and been looking forward to trying out his new kit.

-Q is now chargeable like Varus Q except with AP.
-Old W has been removed, replaced with the Old Ult but with only one shot and no locus of power range.
-E has become a skillshot that increases stun time the farther it goes.
-R is now basically the old ult, except it locks you in place and shoots 4 bolts instead of 3.
Too bad Xerath's probably gonna get popular.
