Why Garen become so weak after you Riot recreate him?

Why the "judgment " get so nurfed? Before the change, Garen can get 120(+120% physical damage) to one spin and there are 6 spins. Right now I get 10 spins but the damage become 40(+0.4physical damage? Are you kidding? Now, the real spins I could use is 6!!!! because I cannot approach enemy!!!! Speed up of Q get decreased!!!! Silence get decreased!!!! T he damage of E get decreased!!! Even though you increase the damage of ult, it is useless, because I cannot cause the enemy to that low health to use ult!!!!! Look at darius, he get nurfed in some place but get strong in other " USEFUL" place!! If you keep letting Garen this weakness, I am sure everyone play Garen will give up When /Graves/ get so strong, Riot nurfs him immediately. There is not excuse to cripple a champion so much well others remain. Maybe just because Garen is a CHEAP champion? Only 450 IP? I believe all the champions are equal anyway. I see tank is op in S6, but just not Garen. Riot considers Garen as a fighter, and tries to make him more aggressive. However, Riot doesn't give him such ability to become fighter. His damage is too low. Even lower than tank /Dr Mundo/ 1:Garen had not ability to cut in the combat( his Q is too easy to see and then be controlled, and Riot nurfs the speeding time and W reducing control function) 2: The defense power of W is really weak, no additional 20% bonus armor and ability resist anymore. And Riots give 30 armor and magic resist after killing minions. Are you seriously? It is totally useless! 3: the "judgment"(E) is too weak !!! I have never seen this kind of weak ability at first.- SPIN: 15 / 18.8 / 22.5 / 26.3 / 30 (+ 34.5 / 35.3 / 36 / 36.8 / 37.5% AD) 」Even basic attack is stronger than it.

By the way, I hear that Riot is wondering to nurf tank mastery, since it's too op. But if you do , Garen get nothing else. No damage, no health, no armor, becoming totally useless. I hope I could have a chance to love a champion, regardless how cheap and how stupid-looking he is.

Just fyi, Judgment actually got buffed.

OLD JUDGMENT:

BASE DAMAGE (per tick): 10/22.5/35/47.5/60 AD RATIO (per tick): 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% AD NUMBER OF TICKS: 6

At max rank, the total damage dealt is 360 + (330% AD)

NEW JUDGMENT:

BASE DAMAGE (per tick): 14/18/22/26/30 AD RATIO (per tick): 34 / 35 / 36 / 37 / 38% AD NUMBER OF TICKS: 5-10, depending on level (10 at level 16)

At max rank and level 16, the total damage dealt is 300 + (380% AD)

So with these calculations, at 120 AD, the damage between the two Judgments is the same. Anything higher than 120 AD and the NEW Judgment deals more damage, and let's not forget that the new Judgment ALSO deals 1% of the enemy's max HP in damage as well. Not to mention that the new Judgment deals 33% more damage when it's hitting only a single target.

Of course, this is dealing with the maximum possible damage. Early game, yes, the new Judgment deals less damage, but to help compensate, the cooldown was lowered. Mid-late game, though, it will start dealing more damage.

So don't go on saying that Judgment is now weak when it isn't.

Also, the armor/mr buff far from useless. It was switched from a late game focused buff to an early game focused buff. While it may not mean a whole lot late game, the flat armor and mr can help you a lot during the lane phase for trading, especially with your passive.
