Editing Client-side Champion Abilities and Lore

So I was looking to do a little bit of customization on my client, but I noticed that the old methods don't seem to work with the newer client, and all the old tutorials seem to be outdated. I cannot seem to locate where the champion ability and lore data is stored (I'm looking to do things like change Noxian Gulliotine to Dunk for obvious reasons). I also noticed that the store layout and background are also different from what they used to be. Does anyone know where to find these files?

P.S. I have both a SQL editor and a Flash decompiler, so if it's either of those file types, I can work with those too!
