I have 121 RP and it makes me want to cry every time I see I only need 4 more for a Hextech Key :(

Player support has been known to give small amounts of RP to Summoners who draw them pictures and ask via support tickets... I hear that's just a rumor though ; )

If you send player support a fanart they will send you 4 RP no problem. They sent me some, and they'll send you some.
