4v5 and LP loss

Is there any reason as to why we can't have some sort of LP loss prevention when we have a 4v5? Because I have had many 4v5s in the last few days and I have been rubber banding LP wise in the same general league. Feels like such a let down that 4v5s result in a LP loss.

Also anyone else getting a lot of 4v5s because I have been getting them a lot it seems?
