Fetal Error 0001 and Unspecified Error 6.11

Is there a fix for it in 6.11? cause my cousin came over to play today, and last time he played was 2 weeks ago at my place, he updated it to 6.11 last night. He pressed play and got the fatal error message. We searched online and found a lot old fixes (repair, deleting rds and other files, and switching severs). We first tried repairing, after it got done scanning, it stating to download something for 1 point something MB, but while it was doing that at 32% a message came up saying unspecified error check log for more info, with a retry. Same thing with switching severs. I've replaced his files with mine and download adobe air, but we are back at square 1 and 2. We even changed his DNS to google's (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4).

Mine and my girlfriend's works perfectly fine here.
