For 1000th Normal Game win do you get to play with a rioter

I came back to this game with some of my friends back in season 4 and I've been playing a lot of norms lately and I'm at 999 normal game wins and i was just wondering if you still get to play with a rioter for your 1000th game

Yup, it's still a thing! :) It's a bit harder for us to play with everyone 'cause there's a lot more of you guys than there are of us, but we try our best to make it happen!
