Any one feel like Riot has an opportunity here?

I read this post that makes it seem like Overwatch pro scene is struggling because Blizzard is slow to make changes and is not friendly to letting other people host tourneys. There is a lot of praise for LOL in this post, I feel like if Riot wanted to they could swoop in with a game similar OW and win the genre with superior management.

Of course I wouldn't want to see Overwatch die but at least we get competition and two great games if Riot could pull it off. Although if Blizz starts getting their shit together then yea not sure if it'd be a good idea.
