Is Xp boots worth it? I am level 18 on my smurf and I am finding out that it is starting to take forever to just to get up 1 level. Is it worth it to get a 50 xp win boost plus a 3 day xp boost. Just for the people that are saying that it is better to play through it and learn more for league. I already know a lot about league and I am wondering what the best way to get xp and it is worth buying both of those at level 18?
