End Of Season Rewards Emails??

Hello, I was just wondering if Riot is planning on emailing players to let them know if their actions have left them ineligible for end of season rewards, or if the players in question will simply log on after the rewards date to find they have been punished? I think some warning would be good, because I'm sure a lot of players are kind of on the border in terms of infringements. IE a player got a few low priority q's halfway through the season, a player got a 7 day ban but they can't remember if it was before august, etc. Does anyone know how players can find out if they are eligible/ineligible for end of season rewards?
