Will there ever be a Galio rework?

Galio is a fairly good champ with a fun kit and lots of potential. However it's clear that he's in need of some sort or change. It's been so long since I've seen him in the patch notes tbh. The only mention I've seen of him from riot was a response to a question about reworking him and it basically amounted to the responder saying they didn't wanna do it because it was hard.
