I have played the entire season 4 the same way. I enter the game friendly and helpful, but most of all, respectful. That is, until one of the many negative summoners in this community decides to start insulting me or someone else undeserving of such hostility. I don't tolerate that. I live my life that way; i.e. I respond to real life jerks and trollsTrundle the same way I do in this game. I'm in no way feigning innocence on the accounts of inappropriate language. But what I am trying to understand is I have behaved this way the entire season yet I received ONE five-game chat ban back in May, and that was that. No other warnings or bans. Until, at least, your end-of-season smite-wavesummoner 11 . I received another chat ban, this time for 22 games. Again, not undeserved at all. Maybe a chance to reconsider my reactions to trolls and ragers and improve my attitude in game. Not even an hour later after being punished for my actions, I receive a second, YES SECOND, punishment in the form of a 2-week ban for the same actions that had been "personally audited" before and at that time had only been deemed worthy of a 22 game chat restriction. Double Jeopardy? Yes, it is. That's all fine. I was given my rewards and took my 2-week ban like a man. The ban was lifted 3 days ago. I'm not even done with my chat restriction, that's how few games I have played in 3-4 days. Then today I log in and see that my rewards have been revoked after this account has had them for 14 days for what I can only assume was another "personalized audit" from Riot of the previously mentioned behavior. So now I have been penalized THREE TIMES for the same set of actions that have been reviewed, each time upping the punishment on me because whoever is in charge isn't competent enough to do his job correctly? I'm not sure; although Triple Jeopardy sure sucks. But, @Lyte this is getting out of hand. We as the community want, no, WE NEED an explanation as to your willy-nilly nature of handing out bans and restrictions and how/why we keep getting smited for the same things, over and over and over again. You need an explanation? Fine. I'll give you one. It makes sense for Riot to punish you, because it'll incentivize you to start another account, probably netting Riot even more money on that account. You're welcome.

It's my understanding that revocation of end-of-season rewards is not in and of itself a punishment. It is, rather, a consequence of prior punishments.

I don't really want to address whether your chat restrictions/2-week ban were a case of double-jeopardy. I've seen a lot of people make that claim, and it turn out to be for separate instances. However, they are "escalated" bans, and it may be the case that on a secondary review, the previously issued restrictions were deemed insufficient.

But I think it's key to recognize that your rewards weren't revoked as a new punishment for an old action, but rather as part of that same prior punishment.

So you couldn't send in a support ticket? You just had to post on forums hoping for it to get resolved? It's never worked that way brah.

On another note, it sounds like your account is dangerously-close to being permabanned. I would suggest not buying anything with RP, and start building up a second acct ASAP.

It sounds like you're on uber thin ice - usually after the 2-week ban, there's no more chat restrictions, it's just a permaban.

And the problem with that is, even if you say something like: "let's surrender at 20." I've read that it could be seen as "negative attitude" and given your history - it could mean a permaban.

This is exactly why you will be punished again and again. Mature individuals show emotional restraint and don't have a mental meltdown over insults. Time to grow up and behave like an adult.
