I was instantly perma banned, no warning, no chat ban.

I was playing a game of all random urf and i was playing Draven (the most toxic champ) after 2 minutes one of my friends went afk due to lag. Due to the extreme circumstances i began to flame my team and said many racist or homophobic remarks. After my next game i received a notification that i was permanently banned for toxicity. When i looked at the chat log i agreed that calling people such crude names and making such remarks was not fair to my teammates... but then i remembered that all 5 of the players on my team were part of my 5 man premade that i was currently in a discord call with and none of them had issued a ban. Although i accepted that i required a punishment for my actions i could not accept a perma ban so i contacted riot and they told me "You were suspended for the game in question. If no one thought your behavior was inappropriate, you wouldn't have been reported. If you didn't get reported, you wouldn't have been suspended." to date the only explanation i have to why i got perma banned for that game was that i said GG EZ at the end after winning a 4v5.

Well, repeatedly using racial and homophobic slurs is exactly the kind of behavior that is severe enough to skip you to a permaban instantly.

If you only said these things in team chat with a full premade, first you need to realize that maybe some of them aren't ok with that sort of language. Secondly, if your friends were all really cool with it then you should try having them all submit a Support Ticket to request to revoke their report against you, and you create a "master" ticket that references all of their tickets and ask for player support to consider the request to review your case and remove the punishment. If this was not isolated to your friends or they weren't all ok with it, then unfortunately you're out of luck.

hey thanks for the suggestion to have my friends submit support tickets. That actually seems like a great idea thanks for the help. :) this indecent occurred a while ago and my friends want me to get back into the game and im sure they would all be ok with creating a support ticket.

Based off the available data, I'd say Hell no.

The world's catering to everyone's bunched up panties and it devours the human soul in the process.

If someone's got a problem, let them handle their own problem without oppressing others in their own special snowflake way running to the moral police.
