Galio tanking turret lasers
Galios W can heal him self very easily from those turrets, and that would be without visage.

yay nerf galio.
I have personally seen this and it is problematic but the big picture is that this is still Galio. He's a very niche champion and not worth playing against teams without significant AP.
I doubt people will pick Galio simply to have him tank the laser turrets.
He could heal off the first 4 turret shots before the new rift, it's now better because the laser turrets are weaker but way faster, so it heals more. However it is not OP, I dont find this problematic.
