Rumble in the jungle is pretty good you can spam your spells and is easy to clear in the jungle in lvl 3

Glad that he's becoming viable somewhere, I can't lane against anyone as Rumble top lane, so jungle is my only option for him. HOpefuly I'll get those level 5 masteries on him for that.
