6300 ip who do i buy?
The options are Braum, Hecarim, Nautilus, Sejuani, Galio, Kennen, and Lissandra. Oh maokai too
I like to play Top and ADC.
I might pick up braum for when I have to support cuz he's fun idk.

Braum's near the top of the ban list. He's fun but you probably won't get to play him much.
Naut's great with the right team. His jungling is sort of meh early on like every other tank.
Sej is again great with the right team, but Nautilus is probably a safer bet.
I hardly ever see Galios. When I do they're usually pretty good, but he's caught in a weird place where he needs to build like an AP mid to be effective, but can't sacrifice defenses to do so, and that's a hard balance to strike when supporting with him.
Kennen's good if you can time your skills and get his stuns right, but he can fall off in the late game, and he isn't a whole lot of help in teamfights since he needs to deal sustained damage to rack up totals. He isn't very bursty, which doesn't help someone who has to dive into teams to do the most of his damage.
Lissandra's a good pick. She can go mid or top, I've seen both, and her top does roughly as well if you're careful about it. She has great escapes and great roaming due to her mobility options, and can wreck a teamfight if given the chance.
Maokai I can't tell you anything about. I've seen a few, so the most I can say is that he's really tanky. From what I've seen he's either impossible to kill or he's being sorta useless besides. He's gaining favor though, so I assume he's getting stronger in however way he does.
Hecarim is tons of fun, but the itemization is very tricky. If you're doing well, or your team is, you can safely build more offenses, but a lot of the time you do better stacking defenses. He has a lot of mobility options and pretty decent clear, even if his first one is a bit meh. Learn when to build a Triforce or an IBG and you'll be fine.
I'm a jungler, so I'm biased more towards those sorts of champions. Out of that lineup I find Hecarim the most fun to play.

You can hold off a bit and use that to get Rek'Sai when she launches.
Sej / Hec / Naut are three of my five favorite tanky junglers. Mao is a blast top lane. In my experience though none of these will carry games, you need to have a good team comp behind you. Liss can carry easily.
nautilus is a lot of fun, even if he isn't all that meta right now.
depends on if you want to play the champ a lot or not i guess. with that small of a list i guess you're running out of new champs to buy, in which case you're already pretty settled in on your main picks. if that's the case I'd go nautilus.
maokai and Galio are only 4800 IP, so they are the cheapest if that matters. Lissandra has always been strong (Usually hovering right below competitive pick, and with the Preseason, she actually is seeing use as a counter pick to top laners like Maokai). Braum is a strong tank/support with great peel. Hecarim is kind of weak in the new jungle last I checked, and that really is the place his kit is designed for, hopefully they will buff him soon. Sejuani just got a pseudo rework, and I don't know how strong or weak she is right now. Nautilus is amazing if you need a CC bot, but the new jungle hurts a lot and he is pretty vulnerable to invades. I have no Idea about Kennen, I have never played him.
