Another 4v5, another day.

Seems every day I'm seeing myself forced into playing 4v5's. Now I've never used the tribunal but do people actually get reviewed and punished for afk-ing? The nonchalance of the players seem to indicate otherwise. There no fear of the banhammer. I think the banhammer should be used more. Perma-ban the afk-ers because without it, all you're doing is alienating those who want to play the game but get too frustrated with this garbage.
