Help Please

I Got Banned For 14 days because i was raging in a ranked game, I was playing, Most of my teammates were basically giving free kills away. first i tried telling them try to play safe, only to see them die more often. i was raging throughout the whole game and riot banned me for 14 days because i was raging in my ranked game. i try to me less toxic but teammates that are just too stupid enough to play this game can piss alot of people off. i used alot of money on my account and this isnt fair to people who play competitive ranked games and people who does ranked to not try at all. I Really Want My Account Back Because I am going to play with my friends during his party. I think even if people feed i would rather say nothing than be toxic.
