It means that you are a chronic leaver, you've been placed in the lower priority queue and thus it won't find games as fast as it does for normal priority.

Yeh well it wasnt really leaving the first time my internet for some reason closed some site gates where I couldnt log in to fb, league and other sites. The other one is when the load screen was done and we all entered the game I got a black screen and couldnt do anything but reseting the game, but yeh thanks anyways.

It may not be your fault in some cases but it's unfortunately what their new system does to anyone that leaves multiple games. So that's what their system sees you as now :/
